To signup, simply navigate to the top of the page, select your preferred plan and fill out the form.

A full user license allows access to all features of GlassManager and is typically used by persons like the estimator, admin, accountant, project manager, dispatcher etc.

The field user license allows access to features for onsite job management and is typically used by technicians and installers.

Setup is only required for the Lite and Pro plans.

The complete process includes creating your account, importing of the necessary data and software training for all assigned users. We will provide support throughout the whole process to ensure that GlassManager is up and running as needed for your business.

The Free plan requires no setup. For the Lite and Pro plans, we can have GlassManager fully running for your business in a matter of a few days. We simply need all of your data to be imported and required configurations then we can proceed to training.

All paid plans are billed monthly and you may cancel anytime. However, our mission is to help you grow your glass business. If you feel that your needs are not met, let us know and we will do our best to address it.

Of course! Our team is constantly working to provide regular updates and feature enhancements to meet the growing needs of our clients. We are always open to feedback.

The Pro Plan supports multiple branches and requires only one license. GlassManager’s Pro Plan allows you to segregate information according to location and department.

You can increase or decrease the number of users at any time according to your plan limit.

For Free plan, the maximum is 3 users.

For Lite plan, the minimum is 2 full users.

For Pro plan, the minimum is 3 full users.

Yes, it is not tied to a specific user and can be used by anyone in your team who has the log-in information.

As GlassManager is web-based, it can be accessed from any smart device with internet connection such as laptops, computers, tablets and mobile phones.
