A full user license allows access to all features of GlassManager and is typically used by persons like the estimator, admin, accountant, project manager, dispatcher etc.

The field user license allows access to features for onsite job management and is typically used by technicians and installers.

The complete process includes creating your account, importing of the necessary data and software training for all assigned users. We will provide support throughout the whole process to ensure that GlassManager is up and running as needed for your business.

For the Lite and Pro plans, we can have GlassManager fully running for your business in a matter of a few days. We simply need all of your data to be imported and required configurations then we can proceed to training.

All plans are billed monthly and you may cancel anytime. However, our mission is to help you grow your glass business. If you feel that your needs are not met, let us know and we will do our best to address it.

Of course! Our team is constantly working to provide regular updates and feature enhancements to meet the growing needs of our clients. We are always open to feedback.

The Lite plan comes with a maximum of 1 location and 2 departments. If you require more locations or departments, the Pro plan will be more suited for your needs.

The Pro plan comes with 1 location and 5 departments which can be further increased via the Multi-Location add-on. This allows you to segregate information according to location and department.

If you have multiple locations or more than 5 departments, you can easily extend this feature by purchasing the Multi-Location add-on.

Multi-Location Add-on:

1 location and 5 departments

You can increase or decrease the number of users at any time according to your plan limit.

For Lite plan, the minimum is 2 full users.

For Pro plan, the minimum is 3 full users.

The drawing tool comes included in the Pro plan. For the Lite plan, you can add the drawing tool by purchasing the drawing tool add-on.
